Users may connect third-party accounts (such as TikTok, Twitch, and YouTube) to consolidate their creator metrics in one place. The Platform includes community features such as direct messaging, events, collaborations, and follower management.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to connect any third-party accounts you link.
4. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
- You must not share your account with others or use another person's account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
5. Third-Party Integrations
The Platform allows you to connect accounts from third-party services including TikTok, Twitch, and YouTube. By connecting these accounts you authorise us to access the data permitted by those platforms' APIs on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time from your Integrations settings.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for TikTok, Twitch, YouTube, or any other third-party platform. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.
6. Direct Messaging
The Platform provides a direct messaging feature. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Privacy between users
Private messages are private between conversation participants. No other user can access your messages through the Platform's interface or API.
Server-side storage
Messages are stored on our servers. This is technically required for the messaging feature to function — including message delivery, device synchronisation, read receipts, and notifications. You consent to this storage by using the messaging feature.
Operator access
As the operator of the service, Creators Hype Hub has technical access to messages stored on our infrastructure. This is standard and lawful practice for all server-based messaging platforms, and is disclosed in our Privacy Policy. We do not routinely access private message content. Access may occur only in limited circumstances: responding to lawful legal requests, investigating abuse or policy violations, or addressing critical security issues.
Prohibited content in messages
You must not use the messaging feature to send:
- Spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or bulk outreach.
- Harassment, threats, or abusive content directed at other users.
- Content that is illegal or that violates the rights of others.
- Malicious links, phishing attempts, or malware.
Violations may result in message removal, feature suspension, or account termination.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to access other users' accounts, data, or private messages.
- Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Platform.
- Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or violates third-party rights.

8. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, design, and code is owned by Creators Hype Hub. You retain ownership of content you create and upload. By posting content on the Platform, you grant us a limited licence to display it within the service.
9. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of third-party data, or that the service will meet all your requirements.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creators Hype Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including the messaging feature.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your messages and associated data will be removed from our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
