Creators Hype Hub ("we", "us", "our") is a creator management platform available at www.creatorshypehub.com. We help content creators track their growth, manage brand deals, and connect with their community.

- Connected platform data: When you connect third-party platforms (TikTok, Twitch, YouTube), we access only the data you explicitly authorise — such as your username, follower count, and content stats.

- Device information: Browser type, IP address, and device identifiers for security and performance purposes.
- Private messages: The content of direct messages exchanged between users. See Section 8 for full details.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and personalise your dashboard experience.
- To display your connected platform stats within your private dashboard.
- To enable direct messaging and other community features.
- To send notifications and updates relevant to your account.
- To improve platform features and fix issues.
- To detect and prevent abuse, spam, and violations of these Terms.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Third-Party Integrations
When you connect a third-party platform (e.g. TikTok, Twitch, YouTube), we receive OAuth tokens and use them solely to fetch your stats and display them in your dashboard. We do not:
- Post, publish, or modify content on your behalf without explicit action from you.
- Share your third-party data with other users or external parties.
- Store data beyond what is necessary to display your dashboard.
You can disconnect any integration at any time from your Integrations settings page, which immediately revokes access and removes stored tokens.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share data with trusted service providers (such as infrastructure and authentication services) strictly to operate the platform. These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and may not use your data for any other purpose.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. This includes profile information, content, and message history. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
7. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure token storage, and strict access controls to protect your data. Access to user data is restricted to authorised platform infrastructure and is not shared with third parties except as described in this policy.
8. Private Messages
Creators Hype Hub includes a direct messaging feature that allows users to send private messages to one another. The following principles govern how private messages are handled:
Privacy between users
Private messages are private between the participants of a conversation. No other user can read, access, or retrieve your messages through the platform interface or the API. Access controls are enforced at the application level: only participants of a conversation may retrieve its messages.
Storage on our infrastructure
Messages are stored on our own servers. This is technically necessary for the messaging feature to function — including message delivery, synchronisation across devices, read receipt tracking, push notifications, and ensuring service reliability. Without server-side storage, real-time and asynchronous messaging would not be possible.
Operator access
Because messages reside on our infrastructure, Creators Hype Hub — as the service operator — has technical access to stored message content. This is standard and lawful practice for all server-based messaging platforms (including email, social media, and professional messaging tools), provided it is disclosed to users. We disclose it here clearly.
We do not routinely read, monitor, or process private message content. Operator-level access is used only where strictly necessary, including:
- Responding to lawful requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
- Investigating credible reports of abuse, harassment, or illegal activity.
- Ensuring platform security and preventing misuse.
- Troubleshooting technical issues that cannot otherwise be diagnosed.
What this means for you
Your messages are private from other users. They are stored on our servers in order for the feature to work. We have the technical ability to access stored messages as the operator of the service, but we do not use this access routinely, and any access that does occur is governed by this policy. This is the same model used by virtually all messaging services and is consistent with applicable privacy law when properly disclosed.
9. Your Rights
